Physical Therapist Assistant (Full Time and PRN) PTA

Spring River Inn is seeking a Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Roswell, New Mexico. The PTA works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs

• Accurately document treatments and patient responses in compliance with regulations

• SNF or long-term care experience preferred

• Knowledge of current therapy practices

• Experience with Net Health or similar EMR systems preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Mexico

• License must be active and in good standing
