Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time | Day Shift and Night Shift available New graduates welcome. Walk-in interviews accepted.

Fairmont Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is under new management, and we are growing our nursing team. We are a skilled nursing and long-term care facility looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs who want supportive leadership, a stable schedule, and real opportunities to advance.

What You'll Do As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule (med pass)

• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the RN, DON, and physicians

• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care

• Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts and electronic medical records

• Communicate with residents and families with compassion and professionalism

• Follow infection control, safety, and state and federal regulatory standards

Pay & Benefits

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in West Virginia or a Compact State

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• New graduate LPNs and experienced nurses are both encouraged to apply

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience is a plus but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
