Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full Time

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to a positive clinic culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document in EMR system
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with referring physicians, medical staff, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards
• Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by state licensure and APTA guidelines

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arizona state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
