Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician II (Automation)

Compensation & schedule: $27.38/hour with excellent benefits • Sunday–Wednesday • 4:00 AM–2:30 PM

What success looks like

• Zero shortcuts on safety: You own safe work practices, apply LOTO, and correct hazards proactively.
• Proactive reliability: Your routine inspections and PMs reduce unplanned downtime.
• Swift diagnostics: You locate faults in mechanical and electrical systems and restore equipment quickly.
• Cross-functional partnership: You coordinate with operations to sustain strong OEE.
• Clear traceability: Your maintenance records—inspections, PMs, and repairs—are complete and accurate.
• Team lift: You collaborate with peers and mentor junior technicians.
• Versatility: You jump in on additional maintenance tasks as needed.

What you’ll need to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are welcome.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent background).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid grounding in mechanical/electrical principles.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and confident hand tool use.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Physical ability to perform all job functions.
• Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Flexibility to support scheduling needs, including weekends/holidays.
