Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Carlisle, PA

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapy professionals in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care environment dedicated to improving residents' quality of life.

Position Details

  • Full-Time

  • In-House Rehabilitation Program

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

  • Collaborative interdisciplinary team

  • Consistent caseload

  • Supportive leadership and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility for licensure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

Technology

  • Net Health EMR

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist

  • Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

  • Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
