We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled nursing rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy services under PT supervision
Assist with mobility and strengthening programs
Monitor patient response to treatment
Complete timely documentation
Requirements:
CA PTA license
SNF experience preferred
