If you love what you do, want to keep growing, and enjoy dorking out over clinical details with your team — you'll fit right in here.The ideal candidate is self-motivated and highly organized, holding an advanced degree from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program and a current IL state license in good standing.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform thorough patient evaluations tailored to age, condition, injury, or illness- Develop and document individualized plans of care based on evaluation findings- Oversee plan of care implementation and coordinate with support staff- Track established clinic metrics across clinical and administrative functions- Contribute proactively to the team — bring solutions, not just problems- Help maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients and colleagues alike- Go above and beyond to ensure every patient leaves better than they arrivedQUALIFICATIONS DPT from an APTA-accredited program- Current Illinois state license in good standing- Hands-on experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and physical modalities- Strong knowledge of orthopedic physiology and evidence-based practice- Clear communicator with solid documentation and EMR skills- CPR certification (preferred)- New grads welcome — flexibility available for candidates currently preparing for boards
