Position Overview:
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. You are a design thinker, with a strong desire to learn, who converts conceptual ideas into meaningful architectural drawings. You are involved in all phases of design, from schematic development through construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and architectural drawings using such tools as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with project documentation, including construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate work with other disciplines in the design team
- Research materials, codes, and construction techniques
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Support project teams throughout each phase of design and construction
Qualifications:
- 4 - 10 years of relevant experience working in an architectural firm
- Revit proficiency is required; knowledge of other design software, like AutoCAD, is a plus
- Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizing abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understand building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles
Educational Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Architectural Technology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (strongly preferred)
