Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and assist with treatment plans
Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare protocols
Requirements
Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
Must be local to the Gallup, NM area
Available to work full-time day shift
