Salary Range: $205,000 – $375,000
Role Overview
A leading global law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to support M&A, private equity, and complex corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in public and private M&A deals
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and governance documents
- Lead due diligence and transaction management
- Advise on corporate governance and strategic business matters
Ideal Background
- 3–6 years M&A/corporate experience
- Private equity experience preferred
- Strong drafting & deal management
- IL Bar or waiver-eligible
