What You'll Do- Identify and develop new commercial, real estate, and consumer lending relationships
- Analyze creditworthiness and structure loans that balance client needs with sound bank policy
- Manage and grow a loan portfolio, monitoring performance and delinquency
- Cross-sell deposit and treasury management solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Serve on internal loan committees and represent the bank in the community
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes affecting lending decisions
- 5–10 years of banking or related lending experience (college degree and advanced banking education a plus)
- Strong credit analysis and loan structuring skills
- A proven track record in business development and relationship-based sales
- Confidence presenting to loan committees and leadership
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and community engagement
- Valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office
