Provide individual psychotherapy to geriatric patients
Facilitate group therapy sessions

Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions including:
Depression
Anxiety
Adjustment disorders
Cognitive decline and related behavioral concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Partner with nursing home leadership to enhance behavioral health services
Required:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
Active New York State Psychologist License
Ability to provide in-person clinical services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Spanish-speaking
Experience working with older adults
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Subacute Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, or Geriatric Psychology experience
