Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
Improve residents' ability to perform daily living activities
Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to optimize care
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for working with geriatric and rehab populations
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience:
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab experience
Familiarity with EMR documentation systems
