Occupational Therapist, PRN

Cedar Ridge is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Farmington, NM. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating residents and delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment to support functional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical and cognitive abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on independence and safety

• Provide occupational-based interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment use, and cognitive support

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• Current Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico
