Substance Abuse Counselor (CDCA/LCDC)

We are seeking one full-time Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold at least a CDCA, with LCDC preferred, and be committed to providing quality care and support to individuals in recovery.

Qualifications

· Active CDCA required (LCDC preferred) in the state of Ohio

· Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Strong documentation and organizational skills

· Willingness to complete requirements to become a Certified Case Manager (if not already certified)

· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

· Provide individual and/or group counseling services

· Complete accurate and timely documentation of all services provided

· Participate in treatment planning and case coordination

· Maintain compliance with state and agency regulations

· Collaborate with case managers, drivers, and other staff as needed
