Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Travel AssignmentFacility: Coweta Care & Rehab Center
Address: 30049 E 151st Street S, Coweta, OK 74429
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay: $35/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 5 shifts/week, 40 hours per week
Floating: May be required to cover other facilities
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in Oklahoma
Minimum relevant experience in rehab or LTC
Must work scheduled shifts and float as needed
Must use facility EMR / timekeeping system
Must start ASAP and complete full contract
