What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals
Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support patient success
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Active OT license or ability to obtain in Maryland
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
