  - Night coverage 5pm-7am
  - 24 hour coverage 7am-7am
Setting:
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Must be comfortable managingboth adult and pediatric cases
- OR coverage required (no dedicated block time)
Census:
- 15-25 treatments per day
- On average 3-5 new consults and 9-12 follow up clinic visits weekly with the opportunity for added capacity
Support Staff:
- Full support team
- Anesthesia available 24/7
Procedures:
- Must be comfortable with trauma-level acuity and OR procedures
EMR:
- EPIC
Board Certification:
- Board Certified or Eligible Required
Travel:
- Hospital will cover
Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAPstart
Requirements:
- Active NYstate license
- Active DEA in NYor willing to transfer
