What You’ll Do
- Learn residential plumbing systems through hands-on training
- Assist experienced technicians with service calls, repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Learn how to diagnose plumbing problems and identify effective solutions
- Assist with the installation and replacement of water heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, drains, disposals, and other plumbing equipment
- Gain experience with plumbing inspections, repairs, and system upgrades
- Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Learn Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Use smartphones, tablets, and company software to document jobs
- Develop professional communication skills while interacting with homeowners
- Work alongside experienced technicians while building the skills needed to advance in the trade
What You Bring
- No plumbing experience required
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and a team-first mentality
- The desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
