Mechanical Hose Assembly

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Hose Assembly Technician to join our team in Arden Hills, MN. • Assemble mechanical hoses according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect and test assembled hoses for functionality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Put Put together, clean, tag and mark hose assemblies according to customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.
• Assemble kits, sub-assemblies and other value-added items according to customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.
• Prepare assembled items for shipping.
• Locate hose and coupling inventory in correct warehouse locations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as directed.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
