Location: 238 Virginia Ave, Campbell, CA 95008
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing facility team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administering medications and monitoring patient reactions
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare team members to implement care plans
Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments
Educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans
Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience as LVN is preferred
Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) charting system is a plus
Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus
Valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association
Must have an active CPR Certification
Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards is required
Interest in working with the geriatric population
Knowledge of the patient-care for skilled nursing facilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
