Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with some prior maintenance or mechanical experience who's ready to grow their skills in a foundry and machining environment. You don't need to be an expert — if you have a mechanical background and a solid foundation in troubleshooting, we'll help you build from there. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on equipment with some guidance.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related hands-on experience (industrial, automotive, agricultural, military, or similar)
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read equipment manuals and basic schematics
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Assist with diagnosing breakdowns and making repairs to minimize downtime
• Help install, align, and calibrate equipment
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate with production
