Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate speech therapy programs for patients with communication and swallowing disorders

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to patients, including articulation, language, and cognitive rehabilitation

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

  • Document patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to continually improve patient outcomes and services

Requirements:
