Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate speech therapy programs for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to patients, including articulation, language, and cognitive rehabilitation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Document patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to continually improve patient outcomes and services

Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Florida
Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
