MIG/TIG/Stick Fabrication Welder
Job Description
You arrive, review the day’s build schedule, and pull the drawings for your first assignment. With blueprints in hand, you prep materials, set up your station, and choose the right process—MIG for speed, TIG for precision, Stick for versatility. Throughout the day, you move between these techniques to create clean, consistent welds that meet spec.
You verify fit-up against technical drawings, check root passes, and test final welds for strength and appearance. You keep your equipment tuned and your workspace orderly, and you collaborate with teammates to keep projects on track and within budget. Safety isn’t an add-on—it’s how you work, from PPE to housekeeping. Between builds, you jump into training sessions and skills tune-ups to sharpen your craft.
