Travel / Contract Physical Therapist – MISSISSIPPI
Location: Greenbough Health & Re -R11A26 Clarksdale, MS
Pay: $58–$60/hour
Schedule: 8AM to 4PM; Days, Mon-Fri
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long‑Term Care
Summary:
Physical Therapist role providing skilled nursing, acute, and outpatient rehab services in a long-term care and rehab setting. Candidate will deliver patient-centered care across multiple rehab levels.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients
Develop and update treatment/discharge plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Document services accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
SNF& LTC Rehab experience preferred
DPT preferred
Active Mississppi Physical Therapist License
Licensure / Compact:
Physical Therapy Compact: Mississippi is a compact state
Compact license accepted (MS privilege required)
