Guide, train, and coach welders and fabricators on the shop floor. Enforce safety rules, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe workspace. Welding Techniques: Mastery of methods like MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding), TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), and stick welding (SMAW). Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and weld symbols. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to report to management and coordinate with engineers. $20+/hr depending on experience. 6 a.m. Until 4:30 p.m. 10 hour days with a 30 minute lunch.
