We're recruiting for a therapist-led orthopedic practice in Longmont that values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling and exceptional patient care. This is an opportunity to join a positive, collaborative team without the pressures often found in larger corporate organisations.
The Role- Treat general orthopedic and sports medicine patients
- Provide true one-on-one care with every patient
- 30-minute appointments for both evaluations and follow-up visits
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Monday-Friday
- No weekends
- Flexible hours with options including 4-day or 5-day work weeks
- Full-Time preferred (30+ hours), with Part-Time applicants welcome
- $75,000-$95,000 annually

- Colorado Physical Therapist licence (or eligibility)
- Outpatient orthopaedic experience preferred
- New graduates with relevant experience will also be considered

Salary Range Disclosure: $75,000-$95,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors.
