Physical Therapist Home Health PRN

About the Role:
Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Physical Therapist in Clearwater, FL, where you will provide exceptional home health services to patients in need. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
We are looking for multiple areas to include Pinellas and Pasco County

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall function.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress regularly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols during therapy sessions.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in physical therapy.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
