Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team.

Incentives & Compensation:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time positions
Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts
Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rate)

Time and a half after 9 hours in a day!
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation
Supervise and guide CNA staff
Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for caring for the aging population
