Respiratory Therapist

A hospital in Russellville, AR is seeking a mid-level Respiratory Therapist to join its clinical staff. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate to report in person to the facility. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

The role. The Respiratory Therapist will provide direct patient care related to respiratory assessment, treatment, and management within the facility. Responsibilities are consistent with standard respiratory therapy practice at an inpatient clinical setting, including ventilator management, airway care, and therapeutic interventions across patient populations.

What we're looking for.

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, required
• RRT license in the state of Arkansas, required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, required
• Preferred: Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards
• Preferred: Strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation. $58,240 - $83,200 per year
