Physical Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Amityville!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations/Screens.
• Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of residents.
• Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner.
• Provide education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Hold licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York
