The Lead Occupational Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment
  
• Preferable to have previous occupational therapy experience
