Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Productivity Requirement: 85%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential to extend)
EMR System: Familiarity with common EMR platforms preferred
Qualifications:
Valid Virginia Physical Therapist license
Prior experience in geriatric or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care
