Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat residents
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Address ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and functional independence
Provide caregiver and staff education to support carryover of therapy goals
Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians to support patient outcomes
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication
Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Experience in skilled nursing or subacute rehab preferred; new graduates welcome
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered skills
