What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare teams
Supervise PT Assistants and support staff as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with therapy standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring:
Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
BLS certification required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
1–2 years of physical therapy experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical, and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
