Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative, skilled nursing environment focused on quality care and professional growth.

Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments for residents with short-term and long-term conditions
Deliver care in accordance with established treatment plans
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
Monitor resident progress and response to therapy interventions
Accurately complete documentation per facility policies and state/federal regulations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident outcomes
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing (required)
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current treatment practices
Ability to work effectively with residents of varying needs and personalities
