Laurel Ridge Winery, a family-owned and operated legacy winery nestled in the heart of Oregon wine country, is looking for a dedicated DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Operations Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Be Doing

As our DTC Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering & Purchasing
  • Place and track orders for tasting room, club, and office supplies (packaging, shipping materials, food, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, and follow up on order issues or delays
  • Monitor stock levels and flag reorder needs before they become a problem

Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain par levels for tasting room and wine club stock
  • Process inventory transfers and keep accurate, up-to-date records across systems

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Pack, label, and prepare DTC and wine club orders for shipment
  • Coordinate pickups with carriers and track outgoing shipments
  • Follow state shipping compliance requirements for wine sales

Customer Service

  • Respond to guest and wine club member inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional, and gracious manner
  • Create and manage tasting reservations
  • Assist with event setup and logistics coordination as needed (you won't be hosting at the table, but you'll help make sure everything is ready before guests arrive)

Facilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility upkeep (cleaning, windows, etc) and coordinate with maintenance vendors on repairs or projects
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and general organization of back-of-house spaces
  • Keep an eye on the property and flag anything that needs attention
What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a passion for wine and a strong work ethic. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk at least 10,000 steps per shift. You’ll also need to bend, stoop, squat, push, and crouch daily.
  • Certification: Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers card.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
