Key Objectives

  • Assist engineering staff in the design, development, and testing of products and systems.
  • Support manufacturing processes by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to prepare and modify technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Conduct tests and inspections on materials, components, and assemblies to verify compliance with design requirements.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the assembly, installation, and calibration of prototypes and production units.
  • Document test results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all engineering data is up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and testing equipment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
