Mountainview Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide nutritional assessments for residents
Develop individualized care plans
Monitor dietary needs and adjust plans as required
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary departments
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed/Registered Dietitian
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
