Provide OT treatments under OT supervision
Assist with ADLs and rehab activities
Track/report patient progress
Complete timely documentation
Ensure safe patient care
Associate degree from accredited COTA program
Active California COTA license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
