Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time)
Baytown Animal Hospital | Baytown, Texas
Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 base salary (based on experience) plus uncapped production compensation. High-performing associates have the opportunity to earn well into the mid-$200,000s and beyond.

Responsibilities
Provide wellness and preventive care
Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions
Manage daytime urgent care cases
Perform soft tissue surgery based on your experience and interests
Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic imaging
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate and communicate effectively with clients
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Collaborate with a highly skilled veterinary team
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
Strong medical, surgical, and communication skills
Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine
Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Both experienced veterinarians and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
