We specialize in supporting individuals, parents, women, couples, and young adults, with a focus on emotional wellness, life transitions, and relationship healing.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services in our Oakland office. This role includes a mix of in-person (80%) and telehealth sessions, with flexibility based on clinician availability and client needs.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, culturally responsive, and aligned with a community-centered and holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients (depending on FTE)
  • Deliver services both in-person (Oakland office) and via telehealth
  • Collaborate with clinical team and participate in case consultation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with BBS regulations, ethical standards, and Aryana policies
  • Support continuity of care and appropriate referrals when needed

Qualifications

  • Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (required)
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with diverse and underserved communities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Comfortable with EHR systems (experience with Sessions Health is a plus)
