Job Description
New York Community Care is looking for a Director of Community Outreach for our brand new private pay assisted-living community to help build it from the ground up. You’ll be the face of our community building referral relationships from scratch into a new market .
What you’ll do:
Relationship relationships with hospital, skilled nursing facility, senior organizations and discharge planner
Lead outreaching out working in promotional activity to build presence in a brand new market
Partner with leadership to occupancy, goals, and monthly tour targets, especially critical during pre-opening and stabilization
Serve as we go to liaison for families and referral partners
What we’re looking for:
Experience at healthcare sales admissions, or community outreach ideally with private pay clientele
A track record of driving occupancy or census growth
Strong leadership building and sales instincts plus a genuine passion for working with seniors
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
This position offers a base salary of $125k to $150k+ benefits
