Responsibilities
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Conduct assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
Current COTA certification
Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
