• Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): +$5.00/hour

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. SHRC is currently looking for qualified LPNs to join our Nursing Program.

Job Summary:

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises nursing care to residents

• Complies with state and Federal Regulations

• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.

• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
