Due to our continued to growth, we are seeking Full Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is a proactive caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude, and meets the following requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) therapy program
Current state licensure
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
Maintains acceptable patient care ratios
Provides/recommends/fabricates adaptive devices or other equipment, trains patient and caregiver in the use or application of orthotics and prosthetics.
Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.
