Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized physical therapy plans to promote optimal function, mobility, and overall well-being for our patients
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment interventions
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve desired outcomes, including exercise, education, and manual therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Provide ongoing feedback and education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and support
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical competencies to ensure best practices and excellence in patient care
Requirements:
Current State physical therapy licensure
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and needs
