What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
  
  
• Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
  
  
• Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand way
  
  
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
  
  
• Maintain accurate service records, equipment information, and follow-up recommendations
  
  
• Follow company safety procedures and all applicable EPA regulations
  
  
• Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to provide a smooth customer experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Certification required
  
  
• Residential HVAC service, repair, and diagnostic experience
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Professional, dependable, and organized
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in customers’ homes
  
  
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to continue learning
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
