What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals and individualized care plans
Develop and update treatment and discharge plans to support patient progress
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services focused on daily living and functional independence
Supervise COTAs in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to achieve the best outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active OT license in the state of practice or ability to obtain
