Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of long-term and post-acute rehabilitation services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Tucker House, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the nutritional needs of our residents and developing personalized diet plans to support their health and well-being

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care

  • Educating residents and their families on nutrition and meal planning to promote healthy living and independence

  • Developing and implementing innovative nutrition programs to enhance our residents' quality of life

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment plans

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution

  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

  • Completion of a supervised practice program ( internship) or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
