About the Role:
As a Registered Dietitian at Tucker House, you will be responsible for:
Assessing the nutritional needs of our residents and developing personalized diet plans to support their health and well-being
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care
Educating residents and their families on nutrition and meal planning to promote healthy living and independence
Developing and implementing innovative nutrition programs to enhance our residents' quality of life
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment plans
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Completion of a supervised practice program ( internship) or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of nutrition principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
